Beginning with the Nobelchairs Epic overall our testing experience was satisfactory with a few annoying issues that I believe cannot be overlooked.
Writing my first-hand experience, with packaging style impressed me. See the picture below. It is necessary to mention that the shipping box had attention to detail.
During the opening of the package step by step, everything inside was well-packaged, with each component fitting snugly together to prevent any movement or damage during shipping.
The inclusion of bubble wrap to protect potential break points and a separate box for wheels and plastic pieces showed thoughtful packaging. See the picture below.
During testing, we found ups and downs during the assembly process. While the instructions were better than some other chairs I’ve used so far, they were still mainly image-based without accompanying words.
The plastic wheels were a bit messy due to excessive lubrication, which made our assembly process untidy.
Attaching the hydraulic piston and wheelbase was relatively easy, but aligning the seatback and mounting the chair proved to be challenging.
I faced some difficulties aligning the pieces and discovered that a mounting hole was missing on one side, leaving an exposed metal bracket.
The lumbar support pillow also had poor-quality hooks that struggled to keep it in place securely as tested.
Moving on to the features, we expected and earn a good range from the flexible 4D armrest that can be customized along various axes to the backrest reclining to around 135° for relaxing while watching TV or streams.

The assembly process of the Noblechairs Icon was easy as expected not much different from the former one.
The included instructions, presented through diagrams, were sufficient to follow the steps. The only challenge I faced was fixing the back cushion’s straps, as the diagrams did not provide clear guidance on their placement.
However, the rest of the assembly, including attaching the seat to the base, was straightforward and hassle-free.
Moving on to the features that make it differs from the Noblechairs Epic, during testing we found Noblechairs Icon was with a hybrid coating with an imitation of leather and vinyl.
This combination offers a softer and warmer touch compared to other chairs I’ve tested. The foam padding is comfortable, and the overall finish is satisfactory.
