Beginning with the Noblechairs Hero, we had an overall a satisfactory experience with the unboxing process with no complaints at all. All the screws and parts were totally fine with no issues at all. See the image of the package we received.

It was properly packed and safely delivered. When precisely investigating the design and material, after rigorously used for several months. We started seeing changes.

For daily sessions lasting at least eight hours and sometimes even longer. Just like me, you may anticipate some wear and tear after all this time, especially on the chair that has seen the most use.

Moving on to the head and lumbar support cushions experience, I personally felt one feature I didn’t like. They are uncomfortable and provide little support. Particularly bouncy and ineffective in supporting the neck is the neck pillow with greater comfort, we suggest switching them out with genuine neck pillows.

Let’s now talk about a key problem we had after 4 years with the chair: the butt indentation. The seat’s PU leather began to crack and deteriorate with time, especially under severe use. To prevent movement or damage during transportation, each component was meticulously wrapped. Even the wheels and plastic components came in their own cardboard box for extra security. 

Moving on to the assembly procedure, the directions were adequate but depended primarily on visual aids and lacked textual explanations.

The lubricant on the wheel tips made the assembly procedure untidy even though the majority of the pieces fit together smoothly. It was simple to attach the hydraulic piston and the wheelbase, but it was more challenging to line up the seatback with the chair’s base.

On the left side, one of the mounting holes was also missing, leaving a metal bracket exposed as tested. This error was disappointing, and for a chair in this price category, I would have anticipated more quality control.

The Noblechairs Epic Series looks to be a well-made product with solid construction. The sturdy metal frame doesn’t squeak or wobble even after prolonged use. The high-tech synthetic leather upholstery looks good and feels good, impressed us but it doesn’t compare to real leather in terms of quality.

Although the Noblechairs Epic Series has very few to negligible flaws, it does have some noteworthy characteristics as tested.

The 4D armrests are adaptable since they can be rotated 45 degrees from side to side and adjusted along every axis. It was simple to settle into a comfortable posture, however, I occasionally had trouble vertically aligning the armrests.

The chair’s rocker function performs admirably, providing a good mix between stiffness and the capacity to lean back somewhat as tested.

Despite being at a comfortable height for taller people like myself, the headrest cushion is excessively stiff and doesn’t offer long-lasting comfort. On the other side, the lumbar support cushion has a softer texture and can be adjusted in position, but its flimsy connection straps can be better.
